I came to Premier Technologies in October 2018 in the midst of a roller coaster week.
I had previously worked for 3 years with a competitor of AT&T, and despite performing above standards, my store closed without warning. This was the place I learned to be a salesman and built my reputation in the cell phone community, and it all came to an end in a five minute phone call. Initially ,there was panic. How will I pay my bills? How do I feed my family? After a night of restlessness, less than 24 hours later, I received an unexpected phone call from Robin Cortese. She had heard my story and was doing interviews locally and asked me to come to the Massena store.
Walking through the doors at a Premier Technologies location is refreshing and inspiring. The atmosphere is unlike any other retail location. I was met by a very friendly staff and immediately felt at home. Then I met Robin. Robin’s enthusiasm and devotion to this company is contagious. In the first 5 minutes I knew this was my new adventure. I was handed the reigns to manage a brand new location in Potsdam, a market that has huge potential. My knowledge and hard work up to this point was recognized and appreciated in a way I had never experienced. Premier supports its employees to the fullest. If I am unable to reach my District Leader, I know that I will be able to get ahold of a handful of other people that can assist me. In the North, Andrew LaPlaca is our District Leader. Andrew is sales driven, creative, and approachable. I never worry about asking any questions or voicing any opinion I have. Andrew is always there to talk constructively about any of my concerns. Andrew visits my store at least once a week, which is a far cry from my past experience. There is not a single visit that he is not actively selling to customers, as well as coaching our sales representatives. Premier Technologies is a rapidly expanding company. I am excited to grow with them and I will continue to use all of the knowledge I gain along the way to drive results. This is a company I see a bright future with. I am so grateful for the opportunity I was given. I am here to make the absolute most of it, and climb the ladder to success.

Hi, my name is Tammy Holland, and I work for AT&T Premier Technologies. I was hired as a sales representative for the store in North Syracuse, NY. I began my endeavor here by listening and learning to whatever I could. I believe that knowledge os power and the we know, the better we’ll be.
I started as a sales rep. I wanted to move into a position that would benefit me, let alone the store and overall the company that I work for. This is where I became more knowledgeable about the First Net First Responders. This is something that’s very near and dear to me. My father, Milton, was a full-time firefighter when I was a child. There were many times we as a family—my mother and three other sisters—would follow the fire trucks when they were called out to scene, or we’d wait in a hospital waiting room for my father to be releases from any emergency room. So, when I found out that these first responders could benefit from something that I could help them with, I found myself going above and beyond to show them the benefits of such a special program.
In today’s society, things move very fast ad that includes cellular phones. We provide professional services to today’s society where we capture such a broad range of ages. For me personally, I have found that this company, AT&T Premier Technologies, is not only s company that cares for its employees, but they seem to treat each and everyone of us like individuals. The support all of us, appreciate all that we do, give incentives to help us achieve a higher goal for ourselves, and believe in us.
When I go home at the end of the day, I know that I have a sense of accomplishment.

As I look back on my time with Premier Technologies, I can’t help but feel a sense of pride. I came to Premier 8 years ago as a guy looking for a career opportunity that was more than just a “job.” I was expecting a daughter at the time, and I knew I needed to take that next step in my occupation. Prior to that, I had spent time working construction and making pizzas. Starting as a Sales Rep, there was a lot for me to learn. Luckily, I was placed in a location with great leadership and was supported from day one to learn all this business has to offer. Fast forward 2 years later, my manager at the time took a transfer at another location within our company.
At that point I decided it was time for me to take the next step in my role here. As a manager, I have always worked to create a rock solid team of power players.
